Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the Chief Financial Officer of Thales in Morocco are as follows:
Manage financial operations taking into account local specificities (taxation, accounting standards, price control, etc.);
To ensure the preparation of reliable, regular and transparent annual accounts and periodic reports for the local administration;
establish budgets and analyze the achievement of objectives;
Ensure cash management and forecasting;
Maintaining relationships with government agencies, auditors and other local stakeholders;

Provide HR management and development for the finance teams (2 employees) in collaboration with Group and local HR;
Complete the reporting in the Thales Group reporting tool.

Professional experience
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the finance sector
Having worked for an audit firm and/or experience in a multinational group is a plus.
Qualification et Education:
Master's degree from a business school

- Expertise in all areas of finance (management control, accounting, treasury, reporting, etc.).
- Exp rience sur SAP by Design et Oracle Financials
- Mastery of Thales' rules regarding the prevention of corruption and influence peddling.
- Mastery of Arabic, French, and English
