Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee forecasts, and financial models to guide business decisions.
- Manage and optimize ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics or travel-specific platforms) for accounting, reporting, and financial workflows.
- Analyze financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend strategic improvements.
- Lead and mentor the finance team; provide guidance on policies, controls, and financial best practices.
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and senior management to drive profitability and efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CMA, or equivalent preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of finance managerial experience in tourism, travel, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong expertise in ERP systems, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills with a proven ability to streamline financial processes.
- Ability to ensure compliance while supporting business growth in a dynamic industry.
