Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
• Lead the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial plans to support organizational objectives.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure operational stability and financial health.
• Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and external financial partners.
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and audit requirements.
• Supervise accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.
• Review and approve financial transactions, expenses, and supplier-related payments.
• Provide financial insights and support to management for decision-making, strategic planning, and long-term growth initiatives.
• Lead, develop, and supervise the finance and accounting team to ensure high performance and professional development.
• Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes, policies, and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Support cross-functional departments by providing financial guidance and ensuring alignment with company goals.
