Job description
Financial Management & Reporting

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Develop and oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Provide strategic financial insights to the management team for decision-making.
Monitor and manage project financing, ensuring adequate cash flow for ongoing projects.
Oversee cash flow planning and ensure sufficient liquidity to meet operational requirements.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Analyze project profitability and provide insights to improve cost efficiency.
Cost Control & Budgeting:
Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
Track project costs, ensuring they remain within budget.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement financial controls.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and industry-specific legal requirements.
Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
Implement and monitor internal financial controls to minimize risks.
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
Accounts Payable & Receivable:
Manage financial relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
Implement effective AR and AP policies to optimize cash flow and minimize outstanding balances.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master s degree is a plus.
CMA (Certified Management Accountant) certification is required.
10 to 15 years of experience in finance management, with a minimum of 5 years in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of treasury, AR, AP, and project costing processes.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
