RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive company growth and profitability.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial stakeholders.
• Lead the finance team, providing guidance and support to team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance and achieve strategic objectives.
• Analyze company operations to identify opportunities and areas for reorganization, downsizing, or elimination.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders to prioritize planning and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Study long-range economic trends and project company prospects for future growth in sales, market share, and potential acquisitions or expansion into new product areas.
• Estimate requirements for capital, land, buildings, and workforce expansion.
• Maintain customer confidence and protecting operations through confidentiality.
• Stay up-to-date with new legislation, rules, and regulations set by government entities (e.g. ministry of finance, ministry of labor).
