Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead and oversee the company s financial operations. Reporting directly to both the Group CFO and the General Manager, the Finance Manager will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective budgeting, robust internal controls, and strategic financial planning. This role plays a key part in aligning local financial performance with the group s overall objectives and supporting day-to-day business decisions at the operational level.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.

Work closely with the Group CFO on group-wide financial planning, consolidation, and performance analysis.

Support the General Manager with real-time financial insights to drive operational and commercial decisions.

Coordinate the budgeting and forecasting process in line with group directives.

Analyze actual vs. budget performance and provide detailed variance analysis.

Maintain strong cash flow, liquidity, and working capital control.

Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, financial laws, and statutory reporting requirements.

Oversee and implement internal financial controls, policies, and procedures.

Support external audits and manage relationships with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.

Prepare business cases, financial models, and investment appraisals for strategic initiatives.

Supervise and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Act as a finance business partner to other departments, ensuring financial discipline across functions.
