Job Overview
TIQ three months full-time internship program offers interns the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and in-depth exposure to the complete finance process.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist with posting petty cash payments into the system for the Erbil office.
• Help record dealers collection accounts by dealer in the system.
• Support daily monitoring of cash balances for USD and IQD separately.
• Assist in physical cash verification with cashiers to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Help prepare bank remittance applications with the required documentation.
• Support submission of original applications to banks and follow up to obtain necessary confirmations.
• Assist in coordinating with branch cashiers for approvals and ensure documents are sent to the respective branches.
• Help organize and file finance-related documents for easy retrieval.
• Support weekly verification of fuel, spare parts, and monthly vehicle checks at the Erbil branch as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Fluent English, Arabic, and Kurdish
