Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities:

• Single point of contact for owners regarding shipment planning possession overview hedging and operations on the origin side, managing the full order-to-cash (O2C) and procure-to-pay (P2P) flow
• Leading end to end finance operations for the company overseeing a turnover of USD 200 million plus
• Overseeing financial planning, budgeting and forecasting to optimise resource allocation and implementing cost control measures to enhance operational efficiency and maximise margins and profitability including weekly debtor and creditor planning
• Liaising with banks to for credit limits trade financing other financial transactions and general operational requirements
• Heading corporate tax VAT and other compliance related functions
• Managing freight planning ensuring smooth logistics operations, coordinating with suppliers, shipping lines and clearing agents and serving as the SPOC for daily operational issues at the origin
• Streamlining operations by implementing ERP systems for a better financial and supply chain tracking

Qualifications & Skills:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and auditing standards
• Proficient in MS Excel, Tally, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
