Manage day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and statements.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Assist with audits by preparing required documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and queries.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master s degree preferred).
1 3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, ERP systems).
Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
