Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Act as the primary finance contact for your division, providing insight into performance, forecasts, and key financial drivers
- Build and present management reports for monthly business reviews with senior stakeholders
- Drive and manage the budgeting process, consolidating inputs, analyzing variances, and preparing submissions
- Develop and maintain financial models to assess business plans, investments, and strategic initiatives
- Support rolling forecasts, current year outlooks, and multi-year planning cycles
- Work with cross-functional teams to align operational plans with financial goals
- Contribute to system upgrades and automation projects, improving data quality and reporting efficiency
- Provide analytical support for business cases and help shape financial narratives for leadership
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, or business partnering
- Proven skills in building financial models and analyzing complex data sets
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; Power BI and Tableau
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, matrixed environments with multiple priorities
