Field Supervisor - Leak Testing

Position Summary:

The Field Services supervisor is to support / oversee Nitrogen leak testing and purging scopes. The role involves supervising a team of local technicians, operating Nitrogen pump and equipment, reading and marking up P&IDs, preparing Leak test packs, coordinating with the client, and supporting other Field supervisors when required. the supervisor will also ensure compliance with safety standards. technical knowledge and experience in N2/He leak testing and N2 purging is essential for this position.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead a team of technicians performing nitrogen leak testing.

- Prepare and review marked-up P&IDs for accurate testing planning and execution.

- Prepare leak test packs.

- identify relevant equipment and personnel required for execution.

- Job paperwork completion and client sign off.

- Rig-up and Rig-down equipment and temporary connecitons.

- carry out system line walks and prepare punch lists.

- Operate nitrogen pump and other leak testing equipment.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during testing procedures.

- carry out leak testing and purging activities.

- Monitor and report on the progress of leak testing projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.

- prepare and maintain timesheets.
