Roles & Responsibilities
Job Title: L2 Field Supervisor & Team Lead
Location: Dubai / Abu Dabi
Department: IT Infrastructure / End User Support
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced End User Computing (EUC) Lead to manage and optimize the delivery of IT services to end users across the organization. The role includes overseeing device lifecycle management, desktop engineering, support team performance, and ensuring user experience meets business and security standards. This position requires technical expertise, team leadership, and strong stakeholder communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the EUC team responsible for endpoint support, desktop engineering, and IT service delivery to end users.
· Oversee lifecycle management of endpoints – procurement, configuration, deployment, patching, and decommissioning.
· Manage tools such as SCCM, Intune, JAMF, or other endpoint management platforms for imaging, updates, and compliance.
· Define and enforce endpoint security standards, software policies, and access controls in alignment with InfoSec.
· Ensure service delivery meets SLA targets, and drive continual improvement in EUC processes.
· Coordinate VIP and executive support requirements with dedicated support engineers.
· Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and service desk teams for aligned support.
· Own knowledge base, SOPs, and documentation for EUC.
· Manage EUC asset inventory and ensure audit readiness.
· Evaluate and implement EUC solutions such as VDI, DaaS, unified communication tools, etc.
Required Skills and Experience:
· 5-8 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure roles, with at least 2–3 years in an EUC leadership role.
· Strong hands-on knowledge of endpoint operating systems (Windows, macOS), M365, desktop hardware, and mobile devices.
· Experience managing tools like Microsoft Intune, SCCM, JAMF, Active Directory, and remote support tools.
· Deep understanding of patch management, software deployment, security baselines, and group policies.
· Proven track record of team management and SLA-driven service delivery.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· ITIL Foundation certification is required; Intermediate/Practitioner is preferred.
· Microsoft certifications (MD-102, AZ-104), CompTIA, or EUC-specialized training (Citrix, VMware Horizon) are a plus.

· Analytical thinking and process-oriented mindset.
· Ability to handle pressure and drive continuous service improvement.
