Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervises the development of services in oil fields by controlling the execution of activities in accordance with the established service program, issuing management reports about the rendered service, providing the customer with technical assistance and ensuring suppliers' assistance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensures supplier's assistance verifying performed tasks, controlling suppliers' invoicing and communicating deviations to top management.
  • Reports about the rendered service, performance progress and occurred inconveniences. Participates in the management's report, submitting indicators' analysis results.
  • Ensures accurate short-medium term forecast and availability of resources.
  • Ensures job documents, PO's,are valid as per customer requirements to insure smooth invoicing
  • Ensure all jobs dispatched as per procedure PRD17306, jobs are loaded correctly in planner with zero backlog
  • handle logistics from/to the rig site of FISE team
  • Follow up FISE collection with Agent/collection team
  • Ensures FISE team passes/certificates are valid and renewed on time
  • Ensures FISE team PPE/Tools or any other requirements are met and are in stock
  • Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
  • Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related studies.
  • 3-5 years experience in logistics, preferable working in Oil & Gas Field
  • Very Good English skill, mandatory both verbal and written
  • Business Management
  • Willing to learn the business manufacturing process, its context and its future evolution : constant updating of his supervisor and conduction of the necessary reporting.
  • Client Focus
  • Ability to understand and respond to internal clients needs and problems by innovating workarounds to minimize the down time and optimize the workflow.
  • Professional Expertise
  • Mastery, application and updating of technical and professional competencies of own unit. Ability to build professional networks.
