Coordinate and oversee the activities of field engineers to ensure that all operations adhere to organizational safety, quality, and environmental policies while facilitating efficient maintenance and operational tasks across various plant systems to optimize plant performance and safety.

Operational Management

• Assist in monitoring the activities of field engineers to ensure operations are aligned with organizational safety and environmental policies.
• Support the implementation of safety rules and monitor maintenance jobs in assigned areas under the guidance of the Field Senior Engineer.
• Report unsafe conditions and behaviours to help maintain a safe work environment.
• Help oversee field engineers as they perform regular checks of plant equipment including GTG, HRB, MSFE, BOP and auxiliary equipment, ensuring all monitoring activities and log-completions are carried out effectively.
• Assist in operational tasks such as valve operations, equipment startup/shutdown, resetting local alarms, and handling local emergencies under the direction of senior coordination staff.
• Aid in monitoring the initiation of plant equipment according to operational procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Assist in collecting and recording ODG and RFID data in Lotus Notes, ensuring all data remains within technical and ODG ranges and addressing any abnormal readings with corrective actions.
• Support regular inspections of areas like GTG, HRB, Remin, MSFE and auxiliary equipment, helping to report any detected abnormalities or defects.
• Assist in monitoring critical maintenance activities daily and review associated permits as per the organization s HSE safety documents system, reporting any deficiencies.

Help ensure that field engineers monitor equipment oil levels, perform LSF top-ups replace OLTCS balls, and monitor and prepare chemical tanks and chemical parameters.
