Roles & Responsibilities

Eram Talent is on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Field Operator to join our team within the Oil & Energy sector. As a Field Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operations of various equipment in the field.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating and monitoring field equipment, including pumps, compressors, and valves.
  • Conducting regular maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability.
  • Diagnosing and addressing operational issues as they arise.
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
  • Documenting and reporting any equipment failures or safety concerns.
  • Collaborating with team members to maximize production efficiency and minimize downtime.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Field Operator or in a similar position.
  • Experience in chemical plant or sea water pump station or wastewater treatment plant etc
  • Strong technical and mechanical skills for troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Ability to work independently and make timely decisions under pressure.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to work shifts and travel as needed.
