Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and support the team before and during camps
• Ensure availability of essential supplies
• Track technical problems promptly
• manage team meetings
• Evaluate facilitators performance during sessions
• Manage and report camp-related expenses
• Conduct evening field visits to oversee camp progress
