Field Operation Executive (Jordan & Iraq)

Job duties:

• Ensure close follow up with Procurement Department to avoid delays of orders dispatching
• Build and maintain solid and trustworthy relation with partners
• Grow current portfolio through planed strategies, initiatives, and increased distribution
• Plan and execute Proper launching of new SKUs as per Department set strategies and deadlines Finalizing Price Structure and Positioning of range for each market along with launch campaigns where decided
• Prepare Market Visit Report after the visit
• Ensure Price Fishing on quarterly basis
• Update Competition activity report
• Follow up on Account Statements to maintain clear reconciliations
• Finalize Debit / Credit notes, if available, during the same month in coordination with Accounting Department
• Prepare export sales report on monthly basis
• Attend and Prepare Quarterly Regional Performance versus Last Year versus Forecast and suggest corrective action plans
• Ensure right implementation of set plans through continuous market visits
• Monitor the sell in and sell out of newly launched brands aligned with set launching plan
