Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role Overview:
Responsible for overseeing consumer promotion and merchandising activities, managing inventory and stock levels, training and supervising merchandising staff, and collaborating with the marketing team on promotional initiatives. Continues to build strategic alliances with distribution partners to support sell-through and drive product awareness. Implements, communicates, and executes strategies under the direction of the Country Sales Head Consumer, including budget management, follow-up, call reports, market trend analysis, data interpretation, and manpower supervision.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education graduate
- Minimum 5 years experience in consumer sales with a proven track record of achievements and team leadership
- Willingness to travel
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Creative and strategic thinker
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce and SAP preferred
- Demonstrates a passion for excellence
