The Field Engineer will own the full delivery cycle of assigned telecom / low current projects: site survey, planning, installation supervision, quality & safety compliance, documentation, client coordination, handover, and support to invoicing. You will be the primary point of contact for day-to-day client technical queries and ensure issues are resolved promptly and professionally.

Enforce QA/QC, HSE practices, and compliance with project specifications and standards.
Track daily progress (percent complete, installed quantities) and update look ahead schedules.
Maintain project logs: issues, RFIs, variations / change requests, NCRs, and risk register.
Provide timely responses to client technical queries and escalate blockers with mitigation options.
Prepare as-built drawings (in coordination with drafting / AutoCAD), test reports, and handover dossiers.
Obtain progressive sign offs: inspection requests, milestone completion, final acceptance.
Compile measurement sheets / quantity confirmation to support invoicing and variation claims.
Submit documentation packages required for invoice approval and follow up until confirmation.
Support collection steps (clarifications, re-submissions) without engaging in financial negotiation.
Maintain accurate asset and labeling records for future maintenance reference.
Drive continuous improvement (lessons learned, standard templates, recurring issue prevention).
Requirements (Must Have):
3-5+ years field / site engineering experience in Saudi Arabia (telecom, low current, structured cabling, or related).
Proven end to end project execution exposure (survey installation commissioning handover).
Working proficiency with AutoCAD (redlines / as-builts) and MS Office (Excel progress trackers).

Strong client-facing communication (written & verbal) and issue resolution mindset.
Valid Saudi driving license (field mobility is essential).
Solid understanding of QA/QC and basic HSE principles.
Preferred (Nice to Have):
Experience with fiber testing tools (OTDR, power meter), copper certification, or network device staging.
Familiarity with MS Project or Primavera for schedule inputs / updates.
Bilingual (Arabic + English) advantageous.
Knowledge of Saudi standards / relevant international codes (TIA, ISO/IEC, NEC grounding basics).
Soft Skills:
Ownership mentality and proactive risk identification.
Structured documentation discipline.
Ability to balance speed and quality under time pressure.
Collaborative approach with procurement, logistics, finance, and drafting teams.
