Roles & Responsibilities

In this hands-on position, you will be required to travel to various locations, troubleshoot technical issues in real-time, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively will be essential for conveying technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Field Engineer or similar role in IT or telecommunications.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in network configuration, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and system installation.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with effective interpersonal skills.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (Cisco CCNA, CompTIA A+, etc.) are a plus.
