Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Tasks will normally consist of, but not be limited to:
Lead and undertake operations offshore/onshore for the company.
Vendor management.
Maintenance and upgrading of equipment.
Equipment logistics.
Customer service.
Customer and end-user product training.
Assistance with technical marketing support.
Devise quality plans.
Develop and improve working processes within their field of responsibility and ensure that planned improvement measures are undertaken.
Undertake Quality and HSE activities, ref. Input Process etc.
Devise product documentation and archiving.
Assist with stock management.
Other tasks as planned by the company.
Desired Candidate Profile
Mechanical engineer or engineer with over 3 years relevant experience. Relevant experience and competence can compensate for a lack of qualifications.
Possesses offshore certificate and health certificate.
Must have worked as a Field Engineer, Trainee for min. 6 months and possess necessary offshore experience and internal training.
Solid experience with customer and vendor management, related to offshore activities or other industries with strict requirements for quality.
Systematic, independent and analytical.
Initiative, the ability to see things through and to work with others.
Good verbal and written formulation in Norwegian and English.
