Field Auditor EUREKA RESTAURANT & CAFE L.L.C

We are seeking a detail-oriented and vigilant Night-time Auditor to join our team. The role involves conducting surprise audits across our 30+ stores in the UAE to ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity in daily sales and cash handling. This position is best suited for someone with an audit background, strong observational skills, and the ability to identify discrepancies with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

· Verify daily sales, cash deposits, discounts, voids, and complimentary transactions.

· Conduct inventory spot checks to detect shrinkage or pilferage.

· Review POS activity and ensure approvals are in place for voids and discounts.

· Perform surprise visits to ensure staff follow cash handling and SOP compliance.

· Detect and report red flags such as unusual transaction patterns or delays in deposits.

· Prepare audit reports, escalate major issues, and follow up on corrective actions.

· Act as a deterrent against fraud and mismanagement through independent oversight.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• Background in auditing or internal controls (mandatory).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory – frequent store travel required).
