Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize Advanced Distribution Management Systems (ADMS) and DERMS along , Its Design review and Conducting and witnessing FAT & SAT.
  
• Performed testing and commissioning of SCADA ADMS/DERMS and conduct field testing with SCADA integration.
  
• Provide technical consultancy and ensure compliance with international standards such as IEC 61850, CIM, DNP3, and IEEE.
  
• Collaborate with utilities, vendors, and stakeholders for seamless testing, validation, and system deployment.
  
• Experience in Power Distribution SCADA Systems , ICCP Communication protocols in DERs communication

• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues during real-time operations and field activities.
  
• Support system upgrades, performance tuning, and ensure high reliability of power distribution automation solutions.

• Meeting client expectation and attending Technical meeting and Reporting

Preferred candidate profile

Education & Background

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering, or Computer Science / IT with strong exposure to power systems.
  
• Postgraduate degree or certification in Power Systems, SCADA/DMS, or Smart Grids is an advantage.
  

Experience

• 5-8 years of experience in ADMS / DERMS implementation, testing, or commissioning (utility or vendor side).
  
• Hands-on experience with ADMS/DMS applications like load flow, fault analysis, Volt/VAR control, FLISR, etc.
  
• Experience in SCADA/RTU/IED integration, communication protocols (IEC 60870-5-101/104, DNP3, Modbus, ICCP).
  
• Prior field experience in utility substations, control centers, or smart grid projects.
  

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of distribution network operations (11kV/33kV).
  
• Ability to perform FAT/SAT/UAT testing and prepare technical documentation.
