Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare molds by cleaning, waxing, and applying release agents to ensure smooth part removal and prevent defects.
  • Precisely measure and mix resin, hardener, and other materials according to specified ratios to achieve optimal curing and product performance.
  • Lay fiberglass cloth, mat, or other reinforcement materials into molds, meticulously following patterns and blueprints for structural integrity.
  • Impregnate the fiberglass with resin, using rollers, brushes, or spray equipment, ensuring complete saturation and eliminating air pockets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent, providing a foundational understanding of basic concepts.
  • Completion of a vocational program or apprenticeship in composite materials or a related field, demonstrating a focused skill set.
  • Certification in fiberglass lamination or composite fabrication, showcasing commitment to industry standards.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in fiberglass lamination or composite manufacturing, offering practical expertise.
