Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design vision for FF&E and CCG across hospitality projects
  • Ensure consistency with brand standards and client expectations
  • Mentor and manage junior designers and consultants

2. FF&E Design & Coordination

  • Develop FF&E concepts, layouts, and specifications
  • Prepare FF&E schedules, budgets, and procurement packages
  • Select furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes, and equipment
  • Coordinate with procurement, vendors, and manufacturers
  • Review samples, mock-ups, and shop drawings

3. CCG (Concept, Color & Graphics)

  • Create interior design concepts and storytelling narratives
  • Define color palettes, materials, textures, and finishes
  • Develop graphic elements including signage, wayfinding, and branding
  • Coordinate with branding and graphic design teams

4. Project Coordination

  • Work closely with: Architects, Interior designers, Operators and hotel brands,
  • Project managers and contractors
  • Ensure FF&E and CCG designs integrate with architectural and MEP requirements

5. Budget & Quality Control

  • Manage FF&E budgets and value engineering
  • Ensure quality, durability, and maintenance standards
  • Resolve design and procurement issues during construction

Desired Candidate Profile

Should have Restaurant experience with homegrown restaurant or hospitality

Working with design house and candidate should have depth knowledge of sourcing materials form local & international markets

Creative and understanding of F&B concepts to support Design department

Execution planning phase

GCC experience is preferred , Dubai based candidate
