Responsivities
Responsible for selecting and specifying furniture, fixtures, and equipment for various interior design projects.
Preparation of full FF&E presentation boards and finishes for client presentation.
Maintaining the Library of Suppliers/Vendors
Prepare Sample boards in conjunction with the design team.
Working closely with the Project Designer in support of information required at Design Review meetings.
Creating Material finishes schedules.

The role will involve collaborating with architects, designers, and clients to create functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces, ensuring that the design concepts are implemented seamlessly.

Qualifications

Proficiency in furniture, fixtures, and equipment selection
Knowledge of interior design principles and space planning
Experience in creating FF & E specifications and schedules
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design software
Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
