Position: Vice Principal Pastoral
Grade Level: 1 - 12
Sector: Girls Campus
Gender: Must be female in accordance with Ministry regulations
Qualification: At least Bachelors Level in Education or the equivalent / a Master degree in educational leadership or the equivalent is desirable / teaching qualification
Curriculum Background: Preferred to be UK/US but may consider others
Language Proficiency: Excellent speaker of English

Other Requirements:

1- Any nationality (having a foreign nationality is an added value)
2- Arabic candidate should have perfect English language command (native like)
3- Degree should in educaion (any additional degree is a plus)
4- Experience in educational management
5- have experience NOT LESS THAN 10 YEARS IN THE SAME FIELD in international schools
6- experience in Managing internaitonal examinations (exam Officer) / Cambridge, American exams
7- Creating and producing transcripts for graduated students (should have a wide knowledge in using Microsoft)
8- Career advising (knowledge in universities applications, scolarships, etc)
9- counselling skiils
10- Digital platforms (subscriptions for the school) & digital books
11- understand the Arabic culture
12- strong personality & organizational skills
13- management skills
14- planning and forecasting
15- able to follow the track (time management
16- communication & presentation skills
