Female Tele Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven female Tele Sales Executive to join our team in Jeddah. The primary responsibility will be to call local companies, introduce our services, generate qualified leads, and schedule follow-ups. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to local companies to introduce services and generate new business leads.
• Identify decision-makers, understand client requirements, and promote relevant service solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the system.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the sales team to transfer qualified leads and ensure smooth handover.
• Stay updated on company services, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in telesales, teleservices, or customer support (preferred in a B2B environment).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills; confident in speaking with decision-makers.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Fluency in Arabic is a must; English communication is required.
• Familiarity with MS Office & Outlook is a plus.
• Proven experience in telesales, teleservices, or customer support (preferred in a B2B environment).
