Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer direct patient care including medication management, wound care, and monitoring vital signs to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment options, and recovery processes to empower informed decision-making.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with medical regulations and confidentiality standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing diploma from an accredited institution.
Current nursing license and certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting, preferably in a specialized unit.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a significant plus for diverse patient interactions.
