Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Purpose of the position: Typing (Arabic, English and French), experience in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outook), Handling Phone calls, taking appointments for the General Manager etc Arranging and maintaining office documents & Correspondence


Educational Background: TS in Secretary, Translation or any relevant university degree.


Min. Experience required: 2 years


Office Schedule: 2pm till 8pm. Sat & Sun off


NB: Must have experience in Arabic typing and being able to translate from English to Arabic.
