Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging meetings with publishers, companies, and partners to identify opportunities and drive sales.
- Represent our organization professionally at international book fairs and industry events, effectively showcasing our offerings and building brand awareness.
- Strategically maintain and grow a robust network of potential clients, identifying new leads and nurturing existing relationships to maximize sales potential.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and contribute to the company's growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Fluent in both "Arabic and English" excellent spoken and written communication skills in both languages are essential.
- International Travel: Possess a passport that facilitates easy international travel, as frequent participation in international book fairs and events will be required.
- Sales Experience: Strong background in sales, with a proven trackability of success in client-facing roles such as business development, account management, or direct sales.
- Client Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and grow strong professional relationships with a diverse range of clients.
- Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-Motivated & Proactive:** Highly driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
