Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ability to engage and build relationship with all types of clients.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic retail environment.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal.

• Report sales activities and market feedback to management.

• Operate the billing counter and handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent Arabic and English communication skills (mandatory) Strong interpersonal skills and a professional appearance (mandatory) Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous retail/ sales experience (preferred) A background or interest in plants and horticulture (preferred)
