Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct inbound sales calls to potential customers in Dubai.
  • Distributed leads to individuals which are interested leads should convert to sales
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Track and report sales activities and results.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Handle customer objections and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
