Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct sales calls and visits to potential clients in the Showrooms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase sales
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to close deals and meet sales targets
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products or services to clients
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote company products
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company
- Participate in creative videos for the ads.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Fluent in Arabic and English Languages.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 2-5 years of experience in sales in the Building materials industry.
- Preferably of Arab nationality to understand cultural nuances
- Strong negotiation and networking skills to close deals and build relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude
