Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to promote DeFi Tech’s products and services across local and global markets.

  • Plan and produce digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, and social media content that drive engagement and growth.

  • Create and manage English-language content (videos, visuals, articles, product features, social media posts).

  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube.

  • Produce, edit, and design visual materials using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or CapCut.

  • Analyze campaign performance using digital tools and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.

  • Research and stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the CEO and internal teams to strengthen overall brand visibility and credibility.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing, ideally within technology, electronics, or blockchain-related industries.

  • Excellent English communication and content creation skills (both written and verbal).

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, analytics, and audience engagement strategies.

  • Proficiency with photo and video editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.). Creative mindset with a strong strategic and analytical approach.

  • Highly proactive, organized, and self-driven — able to work independently and deliver results. Valid UAE driving license.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for a proactive, innovative, and creative Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing activities and help grow DeFi Tech’s brand presence in the UAE and international markets.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer with a strong understanding of digital trends, storytelling, and strategy — someone who can plan and execute impactful campaigns, produce high-quality English content, and help position our products and brand as industry leaders.

You’ll have the opportunity to shape marketing strategy, create engaging content, and work closely with management to deliver real results in an exciting and fast-evolving tech environment.
