Roles & Responsibilities
- Master the art of espresso: Craft consistently perfect espresso shots, the foundation of every coffee beverage.
- Milk Magic: Skillfully steam and texture milk to create velvety microfoam for latte art and exceptional drinks.
- Coffee Connoisseur: Educate customers on coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles, enhancing their experience.
- Brewing Brilliance: Execute various brewing techniques (pour-over, French press, etc.) with precision and consistency.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Basic Food Safety certification is a plus.
- Prior experience in a cafe or coffee shop setting is advantageous.
- Minimum of 1 year of barista experience is preferred.
