We re seeking a dynamic and experienced Female Gym Manager to lead a thriving ladies-only fitness center in Ajman. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who is passionate about fitness, leadership, and creating an exceptional member experience.
As the Gym Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth, overseeing daily operations, and inspiring both staff and members to achieve their goals in a supportive, empowering environment.
The package:
- tax-free monthly salary up to AED 14 000 (approximately US$ 3 800) depending on qualifications & experience

Required Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Administration/ Business Management Qualification
- minimum 4 years managerial experience
- professional English
- excellent customer service & management skills
- able to drive membership growth
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management - Oversee the daily operations of the gym, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Monitor and maintain gym facilities, equipment, and cleanliness standards.
2. Staff Management - Recruit, train, and supervise gym staff, maintenance staff, Sales, reception, GX and PT team staff. Conduct staff meetings and provide ongoing training to improve customer experience.
3. Monitor membership sales, renewals, and cancellations to improve retention rates. Work with the marketing team to promote gym programs and special offers.
4. Financial & Administrative Duties - Manage the gym s budget, control expenses, and ensure profitability, Track revenue from memberships, personal training, and other services. Process payroll, invoices, and financial reports as needed, to report to stakeholders.
5. Customer Service & Engagement - Foster a positive and welcoming environment for gym members. Address customer concerns and enhance member satisfaction. Organize community events, fitness challenges, and member appreciation activities.
