Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Contacting Debtors:Reaching out to individuals who owe money to arrange payment and discuss their financial situation.
- Negotiating Payment Plans:Working with debtors to establish workable repayment schedules and structured plans.
- Managing Customer Debts:Tracking and managing outstanding debts, ensuring proper records are maintained.
- Problem Solving:Addressing complaints and resolving issues that may arise during the collection process.
Skills Required
- Communication:Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills are crucial for effective communication with debtors.
- Negotiation:The ability to negotiate favorable payment terms is a key aspect of the role.
- Resilience:A cool-tempered and persistent attitude is necessary to handle rejection and difficult situations.
- Organizational Skills:Managing multiple accounts and tracking repayments requires strong organizational abilities.
