Position Objectives:

The Feasibility Civil Engineer s primary role is to evaluate existing and planned infrastructure against clients service orders and produce a comprehensive outcome report covering both technical and commercial feasibility. The engineer will be responsible for identifying all potential risks associated with a given addition, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and preparing accurate commercial reports.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Translate telecom service orders into detailed civil engineering requirements.
• Conduct technical civil assessments to determine suitability for fulfilling telecom orders.
• Perform structural analysis to verify the safety and integrity of existing infrastructure for accommodating additional services.
• Prepare commercial invoices for specific service orders prior to the implementation phase.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and client agreements.
• Maintain comprehensive network records and conduct periodic updates and audits to ensure data accuracy.
• Identify and mitigate structural risks to prevent design errors, material failures, and compliance issues.
• Produce final design attributes, including (but not limited to) EPA, structure capacity, and future feasibility.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering required; MBA is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of telecommunication s industry standards, including TIA-222.
• Proven expertise in tower design and specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Guy-Mast (or equivalent), STAAD Pro, and MS Office applications.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
