Oversee and manage all store operations, ensuring a consistent and exceptional shopping experience.

• Supervise and support the Store Manager, Stock & Inventory Manager, Merchandising Manager, and other department heads.
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and profitability across all product categories.
• Ensure alignment between operational goals and business strategy.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluation for store management teams.
• Coordinate with the Managing Director on strategic initiatives, promotional activities, and business development.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and mall regulations.
• Ensure smooth collaboration between sales, inventory, marketing, finance, and visual merchandising teams.
• Review daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track performance and identify areas of improvement.
• Manage budgets, forecast sales, and control operational costs to achieve financial objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices.
• Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
