Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Pattern Maker / Fashion Designer with strong experience in Gerber Software to create accurate patterns for sportswear and athleisure apparel.
- The ideal candidate should have knowledge of garment construction, sizing standards, and the technical needs of athletic clothing.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Develop precise patterns using Gerber AccuMark software for various sportswear items.
- Create technical sheets and specifications for each design.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure accuracy in sample development.
- Adjust and modify patterns based on fitting sessions and production needs.
- Understand fabric behavior (especially stretch and technical fabrics) to develop performance-friendly patterns.
- Contribute creative input during product development and design meetings.
- Assist in developing size grading for different markets and body types.
- Ensure patterns are cost-efficient and ready for mass production.
- Work closely with sewing and sampling teams to ensure feasibility and proper construction.
