Desired Candidate Profile

his is a full-time on-site role as a Factory Manager located in Kuwait. The Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing production processes, ensuring quality control, and optimizing manufacturing efficiency. Additionally, the Factory Manager will be in charge of inventory management, scheduling, and supervising factory staff.

1. Experience:
* Work Experience: The candidate must have at least 5-10 years of experience in the aluminum industry, preferably in previous management positions.
* Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of aluminum extrusion, shaping, and finishing processes, as well as knowledge of different aluminum alloys

2. Education:
* University Degree: A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related engineering field is preferred.
* Training Courses: Management courses or specialized certifications in project management (like PMP) or quality (like Six Sigma) are considered a plus.
3. Personal and Leadership Skills:
* Strong Leadership Skills: The ability to motivate and manage a large team of workers and technicians.
* Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to make quick and effective decisions to resolve any technical or operational issues that may arise.
* Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with all levels inside and outside the company.
* Strategic Thinking: The ability to plan for the future and identify opportunities to improve factory performance.
* Ability to Work Under Pressure: Manage challenges and achieve goals in a dynamic work environment.
