Facility Supervisor ALSTOM

Responsibilities:

• Manage and arrange for regular maintenance of equipment and internal systems. (e.g., Electricity, Plumbing, AC, Carpentry, Fire Fighting, Dispenser sterilization, alarms)
• Set KPI and SLA for all suppliers.
• Check rooms and furniture to identify needs for repairs or renovations.
• Organize and supervision for any new head office refurbishment or move.
• Manag restocking office and kitchen supplies.
• Design and oversee the schedule for cleaning and disinfecting the building.
• Monitor proper waste disposal and recycling.
• Monitor to fix minor malfunctions in office equipment.
• Coordinate office and parking space allocation.
• Track of regular and ad-hoc facility expenses.
• Support the Sourcing team in evaluating new vendors for facility services.
• Maintain an updated record of invoices from external partners. (e.g., suppliers, insurance agents, security guards)
• Research new services and appliances to facilitate operations.
• Ensure compliance with Alstom Environmental, Health and Safety policies & procedures.
• Follow the buffet and office supplies collection for all Project s offices.
• Create and submit the monthly report of consumptions, maintenance logs, function expenses, etc.
• Create PR s & GR s.
• Create tracking sheets for all facilities maintenance and buffet supplies.
• Offices quarterly inspection.
