Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day facility operations, ensuring optimal functionality and safety standards are met.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs, renovations, or upgrades, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify areas for improvement, addressing issues proactively before they escalate.
  • Implement energy-efficient practices and sustainability initiatives to reduce operational costs and environmental impact.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular trainings and drills to promote a safe workplace culture.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related inquiries and emergencies, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management or maintenance roles, showcasing leadership capabilities.
  • Experience in commercial real estate or corporate facility management, demonstrating an understanding of diverse environments.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus for diverse teams.
  • Strong technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems are essential for effective oversight.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
