Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and professional Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations of properties in Liwa and Al Ruwais. The Facility Manager will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating with multiple departments, and ensuring the properties are always maintained to the highest possible standard.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Daily Team & Operations Management
- Supervise a team of 10 and coordinate day-to-day properties activities of housekeeping, cleaning, landscaping, and maintenance.
- Meet the properties’ owner requirements.
- Liaise with the head of Procurement, Agriculture, Maintenance and Services in main palaces for support and specific projects.
- Ensure staff are punctual, well-presented, and performing duties to the highest standards.
- Prepare and adjust staff schedules and task allocations.
- Conduct regular team briefings to ensure alignment on daily requirements and priorities.
- Provide properties assessment of various verticals.
- Propose enhancement and solutions.
Cleaning & Housekeeping Oversight
- Ensure all living areas, guest areas, service areas, and facilities are kept immaculate.
- Establish cleaning checklists and conduct spot checks to maintain excellence.
- Oversee laundry services, linen management, and housekeeping quality control.
Landscaping & Exterior Maintenance
- Oversee the landscaping team to ensure gardens, lawns, trees, farms and outdoor areas are maintained.
- Ensure irrigation systems and outdoor lighting are fully functional.
- Coordinate seasonal planting, pest control, and special landscaping projects.
Property Maintenance Management
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for all building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and structural).
- Develop maintenance schedules and ensure all work is executed without disruption.
- Conduct regular inspections of all areas of the properties, conduct on the spot fixing and report unsolvable issues to relevant department and follow through.
- Work closely with the Project Engineer and liaise with specialized contractors for repairs, refurbishments, and technical projects.
Finance, Receivables & Administration
- Carry out administrative duties like budgeting, handling petty cash, paying bills and properties records.
- Drive and approve purchase requests and ensure supplies are stocked for cleaning, landscaping, and service teams.
- Work closely with finance to reconcile invoices and vendor payments.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Ddegree in Facility Management, Hospitality, Engineering, or related field.
- 7–10 years’ proven experience in facility management, properties management or equivalent.
- Technical knowledge of property maintenance systems.
- Good vendor and contract management background.
- UAE driving license is a must.
