Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability and longevity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize space utilization and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee outsourced maintenance contracts to ensure quality service delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in facilities engineering or management.

  • Professional certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facility Management Professional (FMP) are highly desirable.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and facility management software for effective space planning and management.
