Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising strategies from scratch
- Create, launch, and manage campaigns across the full funnel awareness, consideration, conversion
- Conduct audience research, build custom audiences, and implement retargeting strategies
- Write compelling ad copy and brief our graphic designer on creative assets required
- Collaborate with the graphic designer to develop scroll-stopping visuals and video concepts
- Provide clear creative direction knowing what performs and why
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimise for ROAS, CPA, CTR, and other KPIs
- Manage ad budgets effectively and allocate spend based on performance
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and placements
- Analyse campaign data and provide clear, actionable reports
- Stay up to date with Meta platform changes, algorithm updates, and best practices
- Communicate strategy and results to UK clients and internal teams
- Understand UK market trends, terminology, and consumer behaviour
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience managing Meta ad campaigns
- Strong knowledge of the Meta platform this is your specialty
- Proven track record of delivering strong ROI and scaling campaigns profitably
- Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Pixel implementation
- Experience with audience segmentation, lookalike audiences, and retargeting funnels
- Strong analytical skills comfortable with data, metrics, and reporting
- Ability to write high-converting ad copy
- Experience briefing designers and providing clear creative direction
- Experience managing significant ad budgets (not just boosted posts)
- Fluent written and spoken English you must understand UK terminology and communicate clearly with UK clients
- Strategic thinker not just button-pushing, but real strategy
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
Preferred
- Knowledge of landing page optimisation and CRO
- Experience working with UK or international clients
- Meta Blueprint certification
Desired Candidate Profile
- We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to join our growing team in New Cairo. This is not an entry-level role we need someone who truly understands the Meta advertising platform inside and out.
- You will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimising high-performing ad campaigns for UK-based clients.
- You'll develop strategies, analyse data, manage budgets, and deliver real results. You will work directly with our UK management team who will be based on-site in Cairo, and communicate with UK clients regularly.
- Fluent English and an understanding of UK terminology, culture, and consumer behaviour is essential.
