• Read and interpret technical drawings and design plans accurately.
• Operate metal fabrication machinery such as shears, saws, and grinders.
• Cut, shape, and weld metal pieces to create desired structures.
• Inspect and verify completed work conforms to specifications.
• Maintain tools and equipment to ensure proper operation and safety.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams for project requirements.
• Apply knowledge of metallurgy for effective fabrication and assembly.
• Manage material inventory and record material usage accurately.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Troubleshoot fabrication issues and make necessary adjustments independently.
• Test finished products to ensure functionality and durability.
• Help develop and implement improved production processes for efficiency.

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Metal/Steel Fabricator in a production setting.
• Proficiency with metalworking tools and machinery is essential.
• Ability to read and comprehend technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Understanding of welding processes and safety procedures required.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and take on overtime when needed.
• Open to learn a new job or be a helper if needed
