F&P Supervisor

The F&P Supervisor supervises staff; organize and monitor the workflow of the filling and packaging process.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Accomplish manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations (based on the preset Weekly Line Up): monitoring and appraising job results; coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; coordinating and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.

Maintain workflow by monitoring steps of the process by setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; reporting production results.

Request RM to production warehouse on daily basis based on the production schedule.

Implement cost reductions; develop reporting procedures and systems; facilitate corrections to malfunctions within process control points.

Monitor progress; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.

Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Revise schedules and resolve problems.

Prepare a report of the processing flow and submit it to the Manager.

Monitor the packaging materials and manage related stock needed for daily production.

Maintain safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintain compliance with established policies and procedures.

Maintain staff by selecting, orienting, and training employees; developing personal growth opportunities.

Submit end of day production report including raw material, power consumption and waste.


Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree in Business Management

- Fluent in Arabic, English and French is a plus

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the related field (Filling and Packaging)
