The F&B Supervisor oversees daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service quality, adherence to safety standards, and efficient management of staff. They serve as a key link between management and the F&B team to deliver a memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all F&B service activities to ensure smooth operations.
Train, motivate, and evaluate the performance of F&B staff.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Assist in menu planning, presentation, and pricing in collaboration with the chef and management.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of F&B outlets.
Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
Support the implementation of promotional activities and events.
Enforce standard operating procedures and service standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
2-3 years of experience in food and beverage service, with supervisory responsibilities.
Knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle guest complaints diplomatically.
